MRPM EX module is designed to measure the RPM of all types of engines. The measurement is performed by using optical sensor. Module MRPM measures actual rotation and actual power of the propeller. The max speed and the max propeller output power are recorded as well. For display of measured values JETIBOX terminal is used, with the possibility of wireless transmission of information in real time using the DUPLEX 2.4 GHz system.
Jeti DUPLEX MRPM EX sensor to be used with DUPLEX receivers to provide real time feedback of rpm using the optical sensor. MRPM may be simply plugged into the end of the DUPLEX receiver, or attached to the receiver using the E4 expander unit. The MRPM may also be used a rev counter without the radio link when attached directly to the Jeti Box. The MRPM in common with most other Jeti DUPLEX sensors can be programmed to set of the alarm in the Transmitter module when a certain reading is reached (for example to prevent over-speeding)
